We offer a free 30 minute consultation. This consultation is designed to offer you advice on your eligibility and assess the merits of your case. You will have a discussion with an experienced Immigration lawyer who will be able to advise on your best course of action. Following your consultation you will also receive written confirmation of the advice you were given, along with details of the recommended next steps. If there is an Immigration application you can make, then we will also provide details of the further assistance we can provide.
Our application service provides you with expert immigration assistance, where we provide detailed guidance on the documents required, complete all application forms on your behalf and upload all documents to the Home Office online portal. Most importantly, we will provide a detailed letter of representation to accompany your application, highlighting how you meet the requirements of the visa you are applying for and arguing any applicable case law that may be relevant to your case.
If your visa application has been refused then you may be able to lodge an appeal or administrative review. It is important that your appeal or administrative review is prepared correctly, inline with procedure rules, and that it is properly represented at the Tribunal. Our appeal service is there for when things have gone wrong, we will prepare your appeal to the highest standard and represent you in the Tribunal if necessary.

Our hourly fees start from £195 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours payable. These fees apply where the work you require falls outside our fixed-fee application service. We will explain the likely costs and obtain your agreement before undertaking chargeable work.
